What Clients Are Saying About Jana…

"I'd highly recommended Jana to anyone. I sold my first and bought my second home with her. Jana excelled as a seller's or buyer's agent. She was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop every step of the process. Jana made both selling and buying processes very easy, by being accessible to all my inquiries and going hand in hand with modern technology, from electronic contracts, which saved me a lot of commuting time, to internet marketing, she showed a high class. She was proactive with all issues that arose, and went above and beyond to get the best offer on my house. Jana great listener and knows what her clients want. It took me just a week to find my dream home. Too bad I can only give her five stars (on Zillow), as she truly deserves all ten! For me she became not only the Realtor, but really good friend, helping me with selling/buying anxiety in stagnant market. I'm so grateful for finding her, and will sure use her in the future, if I ever decided to move."
- Seller and Buyer in NW Denver and Centennial

"I was a first time home buyer and I couldn't ask for a better purchasing experience. Having Jana Miller walk me through the process eased my fears and made me feel confident about buying my first home. Not only does she have deep historical and architectural knowledge of Denver neighborhoods, she's a fierce negotiator with other agents, sellers and mortgage brokers. I would definitely use Jana for my next home purchase and I would recommend her to anyone purchasing their first home or twenty-first home."
- Ryan W.

"Jana looked at tons of houses with us, and gave us great info on the neighborhood. She quickly figured out what we were looking for, and starting knocking houses off our list that she knew we wouldn't like. She took us from start to finish with the negotiations, and was super helpful with all the other aspects of buying and setting up a house, particularly since we bought remotely."
- Noah and Lila T.

"Jana guided me through my first home purchase, which was very successful and fast! Jana was very honest and candid with me and provided me with many options in the area I wanted. She also was very responsive, which allowed me to close within 28 days of searching. What I really appreciate about Jana's service is her use of modern communication - txt messaging, google voice, email, digital contracts. These electronic tools were really useful for my jet-set lifestyle due to the nature of my work. I could not have been this successful with my home purchase without Jana."
- Jude T.

"Jana is a very knowledgeable real estate agent. She was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. She was very helpful at walking us through the process as first time home buyers. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!"
- Sara C.

"Jana was very helpful in my finding a place to buy. She dealt with me for months and was never impatient (even though I am not the easiest person to deal with). I highly recommend her."
- Shira M.

"Jana is a hard-working, knowledgeable Realtor who whipped us into shape and got our house sold in record time - 24 hours!"
- Jon and Rebecca Wallace

Q&A With Jana...

Where do you LIVE?
I live in the West Highlands neighborhood of Cottage Hill. Out the back window I view the brightly painted new construction of Highland Garden Village (Old Elitch Gardens) and out the front I view an ever-evolving mix of classic NW Denver bungalows and modern new-builds. I love being walking distance to Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Tennyson Shops and Highlands Square.

Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
I love helping people find their home or navigate the sale of their home. I understand and appreciate the personal nature of the process and know how important it is to have someone to trust and rely upon for good advice. Beyond that, its a natural fit for me. I've had a lifelong passion for architecture, old homes, renovations and remodeling. After many years in the business, I still stop for a great-looking open house and watch HGTV remodeling shows.

What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?
I'm hooked on podcasts: National Public Radio, Slate Magazine, Gabfest, This American Life. As for music, its Brandi Carlile, Natalie Merchant, David Gray, Lucinda Williams. I love Wilco and Radiohead (best Red Rocks concert) and a band called Earlimart. Oh, and the Shins, "Wincing the Night Away."

What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
I'm very involved in my community. I worked on the Sunnyside Music Festival (www.sunnysidemusicfest.org) for 10 years, including three years as a Board member. I served as Social Chair for the West Highland Neighborhood Association and organized several neighborhood gatherings to foster community and help people meet and get to know their neighbors. I tend to like small, local organizations that make a big difference, such as The Gemini Shelter for teens and Colorado Pet Pantry. One of my favorite national organizations is Heifer International (www.heiferfoundation.org) where donations help fund small scale, sustainable projects for individuals in poor and developing countries.

Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
My husband and I dine out a lot and our top spot after all these years is still Potager in Capitol Hill. The menu changes monthly so there's always something new. Closer to home I love Duo at 32nd and Zuni, and Spuntino--both small-scale, intimate restaurants that do a wonderful job of serving thoughtfully prepared food. For a casual mid-week meal, Parisi at 44th and Tennyson can't be beat. We've been experimenting with Supper Bell, which delivers fully cooked meals to your front door. Easy, healthy and tasty.
